Out-of-school Franklin County youth and young adults facing barriersAges 16-24
Franklin County residents ages 16-24 with a qualifying barrier such as low income, justice or foster-care involvement, disability, homelessness, pregnancy or parenting, or basic-skills needs. Parent or guardian must participate when applicant is a minor.
