You can read everything in the Parent Center without an account. An account is only needed when you want to invite a learner, approve a minor Journey, or start your own Journey.

We help families prepare questions about remaining credits, attendance expectations, schedule, transportation, disability supports, graduation requirements, program fit and what happens next.
The right next step may be returning to a traditional school, moving to an alternative or re-engagement setting, using a flexible pathway, or exploring another age-appropriate option. Ascend helps you compare; the responsible school or provider confirms official eligibility.
Ascend does not collect birth certificates, transcripts, government IDs, IEP files, medical records, FAFSA records, court records, or other school-enrollment documents. Those stay with the family and the school or provider that actually needs them.
A learner age 15–17 can start the Journey and invite a parent, or a parent can start by inviting the learner. Either way, personalized action tools unlock only after the learner has chosen to participate and the parent/guardian has approved the connection.
This gate uses account consent—not uploaded birth certificates, guardianship papers, IDs, transcripts, IEP files, medical records, or other confidential enrollment records.
